We are proud to see our collectible vintage style buoys on the cover of Coastal Living Magazine and among the best decor displays all around the world. Authentic and chic finds of Florida marine flea markets, they were made from styrofoam or wood and used by lobster fishermen to secure their traps back in the late 1800s. Each fisherman had their own unique pattern and color scheme to mark their lobster traps or nets, first as a tradition and later as a law. Most of them show heavy wear, with scratches, missing and faded paint. Bright colors and distressed look make them perfect fit for the coastal home decor. They became essential for beach house as doorstops, centerpieces, hanging displays, and more.
